On behalf of College Courtyard Apartments, Reno, Nevada, I would like to express our appreciation for the outstanding work SERVPRO members provided to us during the worst disaster to happen to our complex in 15 years of operation.
Unfortunately, we had a situation last winter when pipes broke due to freezing weather. We had used SERVPRO for smaller jobs and were very satisfied with their work, however this was an extensive situation, where we had 6 apartments almost destroyed by water damage that required many aspects of SERVPRO services. SERVPRO staff provided excellent attention from day one. From assessing the situation to protecting resident property, to demolition and removal, and daily monitoring and testing dryness levels, SERVPRO never dropped the ball. They were here every morning and through the day, for several weeks, always professional, always keeping us informed and while an extensive undertaking, they worked fast and efficiently and professionally. SERVPRO's professionalism and diligent workmanship helped make us confident in their abilities from start to finish and helped assure us that we had hired the best restoration company in town! We hope never to have to use their services again on such a large scale but we highly recommend SERVPRO to anyone in the moment they experience a sudden emergency. One month later, it truly was "like it never even happened".

I am writing this letter to commend Dennis and his crew for fixing the Sierra City Library Computer room. We’d had a pretty bad leak from a water heater above, and required the ceiling and the floor to be replaced. They came when they said they would, and they did a really great job. The fix only took about a day and a half.
Thank you all for your fast hard work getting our library back together. Also for painting the new ceiling to match, and moving our book shelves back into that room. We are open again and in business because of the fast great job you all did.
